We want you to be thrilled with your purchase. That's why if you're not content with the item you've purchased, we'll gladly exchange the item with another that's of equal value. 

Please inform us within 3 weeks from the date you made your purchase, of your intent to make an exchange by email, so that we can start the exchange process. Email is 


Please take notice of those items that have specific CARE INSTRUCTIONS noted within there item section. We would like to stress that items that are 14k or 18k Gold Plated have special care needs. The item will last longer if you don't spray perfume on it, or any alcohol bases. Lotions are also not friendly with these metals. Silver plated can take these harsh chemicals better, but it's still not a good idea. 

Privacy & Safety

Your email and private information will not be shared with any other party. Your email is for our use only to provide you purchase updates, events that we're introducing, or new collections being launched. And even with that, we won't bombard you with lots of emails, we're not in that type of business.


Third party banking is only used to verify your payments once you've made your purchase, and that's only with your own bank. We don't store your full information to begin with. 


Your privacy is of the highest importance to our business, so we take great care in making sure you're safe and you feel comfortable shopping with us.
