Shipping & EXCHANGES
We ship in pillow boxes, square or rectangular jewelry boxes, and often times wrapped in tissue, depending on what the item is. If you'd like an extra detail for the purchased item to be presented as a gift, please advise at the time of purchase.
Items are one of a kind, and handmade. Two of the same item may not look exactly the same. Please be cognizant of this when buying two or more of the same things. Each of the makers have one Designer that designs and creates all these beautiful pieces for you.
All orders ship as soon as they've been created and packaged, all within the time frame indicated at the time of checkout. If there is cause for a delay, you will be notified immediately. Please be aware that as soon as the package is out of our hands, it is out of our control if there's a delay with the mail service.
Because everything is handmade and most of the time made as the orders come in, we only offer exchanges for something else of interest, equal in value to each other.
Customized orders will not be able to be exchanged.
When you're ready to make your exchange, please email us with all the information regarding the old order, and the tracking information that was given to you when you sent it back to us. Returning the item will be your responsibility and once we've received the item, we'll be able to swap out the old item with the new. You will then get an email confirming the exchange has gone through and the new tracking information for your new item will be provided to at that time. The item that you're exchanging (sending back to us) has to be in the same condition it was in when we sent it to you.
